SwageBeam - Structural Beams
Ayrshire s SwageBeam profile is a cold formed c section with parallel stiffeners on the web that results in a high strength yet lightweight profile. These properties make the SwageBeam a versatile beam that can be used for several different building applications such as: Portal Framed structures; Extensions to existing buildings; Mezzanine Floors; Storage Platforms. The high strength nature of SwageBeam allows it to be pinned straight on to an existing concrete floor slab. This minimises any foundation work and speeds up the build in comparison to traditional building methods, ultimately keeping costs at bay.
