Horiztonal Sliding Unit - Five Panel - Secondary Glazing Unit
A slim and versatile horizontal sliding system that provides easy access for cleaning and ventilation, and is suitable for treating most window types. Five panel configuration.
Features and benefits:
- Slim, unobtrusive aluminium profile.
- Smooth sliding action on panels for easy operation using brass wheels.
- All panels lift out for complete access to primary window.
- Improved noise and thermal installation.
- Suitable to have bevelled timber subframe to fix into bays/splayed reveals.
- Can be coupled or stacked with other units in the range to treat large areas of glazing or long runs of windows.
- Available in right hand (RH) or left hand (LH) orientation.
- Glazing options: 4 mm in the Classic range.
- Glazing options: 6 – 10.8 mm in the Enhanced range.
- Choice of timber subframes.
- Pre-drilled and countersunk for face fix and reveal fix through timber. Reveal fix through aluminum is self-drilled.
- Woolpile inserted into panel section groove to create outer frame seal.
- Gasket colour – Black as standard, white also available upon request.
- PVC-U trims supplied for the face of the units to create a neat, clean finish.
- Standard colour 9003 Satin White.
- Unit available with no subframe – reveal fix only and self-drilled.
- Larger trims and timber trims available at additional cost.
