Hadley Frame

Providing a lighter, easier to erect alternative to Steel or concrete primary frames, Hadley Frame is a complete, pre-panelised standalone steel frame structure, ideal for medium rise buildings across all commercial and residential sectors.

Leaning on its structural and technical know-how and manufacturing expertise, Hadley Group has devised a system that offers bespoke solutions for Hotels, apartments and student accommodation from concept stage, through to delivery and meets exacting architect, specifier and contractor requirements.

Hadley Frame comprises structural external and internal wall panels constructed from lightweight cold rolled steel sections, bolted together off-site. The panels are then delivered to site, lifted and fixed in place, which together with concrete or pre-panelised steel joist floors, provide a complete superstructure.
Working from a 3D model ensures optimum accuracy in detailing, such as bolt hole placement, window and door size and aperture location.

Off-site panelisation and pre-assembly helps speed up the build; Hadley Frame External Wall Panels are typically supplied with insulation or Cement particle board to the outer face, depending on the specified finish, this creates a weather-proof 'shell', allowing internal trades to start further reducing overall build time and costs. In addition, Hadley Frame meets current statutory fire, thermal and acoustic regulations.
