TYPE TER / TRD for architectural flooring surfaces

TYPE TER/TRD Floor Access Doors enable architects, designers and building professionals to provide concealed access through the floor in areas with decorative flooring materials. The pan-type cover accepts a wide variety of architectural flooring materials (up to 25mm thick), allowing the doors to be used in virtually any application. Whether its ceramic tile, hardwood, or even granite, each TER door is precisely engineered with lift assistance to enable safe, easy, one-hand operation.

Available in a number of standard single leaf (TYPE TER) and double leaf (TYPE TRD) sizes. Special sizes can be specified for bespoke access requirements.
