The Dolle 'Hobby' Timber Folding Loft Ladder - An inexpensive ladder from the Dolle range, complete with spring counterbalance mechanism for delightfully easy operation. Ideal for all types of buildings, old and new.

Two standard sizes available (1150 x 570mm & 1200 x 700mm) both with 12 treads.
Supplied complete with a new white faced hatch, lining and ladder for quick
and easy installation.
No storage space needed in the loft as ladder stores completely on hatch.
Spruce ladder provided, folding into 3 sections, with 82mm deep non-slip treads.
Draught proofed and 20mm deep insulation to trapdoor.
Hidden trapdoor hinges are an added feature and make it easier to paint, varnish or stain the trapdoor.
Operating pole included.
Optional Metal Handrails (red colour) available (prices below).
Optional Metal Loft Exit Grab Rails measure 900mm high, 600mm wide (see 'More Views' images).
Extension kits are available for those higher than normal installations (up to 3.5m).
Tested and certified to EN 14975 (European Ladder Standard).
