Youngman Spacemaker 2 Section Aluminium Sliding Loft Ladder

The Spacemaker two section aluminium sliding loft ladder offers a great value flexible access solution, ideal for any domestic loft setting.

To be used with existing drop-down loft hatches (See Chart below for minimum opening dimensions).
The Spacemaker ladder is designed to suit a floor to floor height range between 1450mm -2600mm.
Light duty loft ladder suitable for domestic use.
Manufactured from extruded aluminium alloy.
Uses a simple pivot operation allowing the ladder to be deployed and stowed with minimal effort.
Supplied with plastic slides as standard, allowing for a quiet operation.
Ladder width: 325mm.
Tread depth: 50mm.
Optional handrails available for the ladder (See prices below).
Optional Metal Loft Exit Grab Rails measure 900mm high, 600mm wide (see 'More Views' images).
Safe working load of 100 kg.
Complete with operating pole, hinges and a catch to suit existing hatches.
