Pecafil Circular formwork
Pecafil® radius units can be used to surround large diameter bored pile cages in poor ground conditions.
Virtually any radius can be produced using either standard strips or cut-to-size units, and can be supplied pre-formed to fit the pile cage and fixed ready for insertion.
Pecafil® units for manhole casing formwork or cicular bases can be produced using composite units to suit varying diameters and depths, for rapid site assembly against the reinforcement cage. If required, lattice girder spacers can be provided for manhole casing formers.
Pecafil® radius units can also be used for 'on-ground' construction of large diameter r.c. bases using tensioned straps for support during the concrete pour. This enables the units to be struck and re-used for other bases.
