Hot Rolled Asphalt
Hot Rolled Asphalt (HRA) is a high quality bituminous gap graded mixture. It is manufactured using a blend of Sand, filler and bitumen to form a bituminous mat with high quality coarse aggregate added in varying quantities depending on the mixt type required. More common mix types, when laid, are chipped with pre coated high PSV chips to improve texture depth and therefore skid resistance.
