TechWrap
ROCKWOOL TechWrap is a laminate product made up of ROCKWOOL stone wool insulation, acoustic membrane and a layer of reinforced aluminium foil. It has been specially engineered to facilitate the highest standard of noise control to square or rectangular ductwork.
TechWrap can provide thermal and acoustic insulation to HVAC equipment operating at temperatures ranging from 0˚C to 230˚C, though outer facing temperatures should not exceed 80˚C. 75mm wide plain aluminium foil self-adhesive tape should be used to seal all joints.
