Medera Architectural Timber Louvres

Our timber louvre product range can be supplied as 'factory assembled' modular panels or 'kit-form' systems for onsite build and installation where larger areas of louvre Screening is required.

Timber louvres are usually supplied as rectangular profile blades typically 145mm x 22mm with a 45 degree chamfer to the front and back edges and vertical pitch spacing set to suit the required airflow and weather performances required. Due to the flexibility of the wood as a base material, virtually any Geometric shape or size can be produced.

Timber louvre doors can be arranged for either inward our outward opening and supplied as single or double leaf. The timber louvre doors are manufactured with an Aluminium sub-structure door framing onto which the timber louvres are fixed.

The Doorsets can be fitted with various types of locking devices, handles and emergency exit devices. As standard the doors are fitted with Class 9, Stainless Steel butt hinges, spring assisted shoot bolts to slave door leaf, euro-profile pivot operating mortise deadlock with nickel plated euro-profile cylinder with thumbturn and key to outside and overhead, cam locking, door opening restrictors to prevent door opening beyond 90 degrees when is use.
