Soffit Louvres and Secret-Fix Cladding Systems

Solinear are pleased to offer a bespoke, well designed and tested versatile soffit cladding system that can be used stand-alone or integrated with our range of louvre Screening systems.

The soffit cladding tiles are manufactured from either solid Aluminium sheet for total obscuration or Perforated Mesh and are fabricated to provide a shallow pan construction of 200mm, 300mm, 400mm, 500mm and 600mm tile widths.

The cladding tiles can be suitable for installation where depth restrictions occurs and can be used to cover a large area of internal or external soffit or fascia's. The tiles interlock and are secured using a 'secret-fix' arrangement ensuring that when the work is completed no fixings are visible from the viewing side of the cladded area.

Soffit louvres can be interleaved with the cladding system to create areas of functional soffit cladding to permit ventilation performance or insertion of flourescent strip downlighting as provided by Solinear on a recently completed project in Liverpool where over 2000m2 of versaTIL cladding and louvre screening was provided to three buildings forming the prestigious Mann Island development.
