Toughened Laminate Glass

Safety with Security is the inherent result of laminating Glass and performance will vary depending on construction.

LAMINATED ANNEALED GLASS (BS EN 12150)

Cut sizes are available in clear laminated glass all taken from stock 6.4 13.5mm. Stock products will contain PVB or Acoustic interlayers however our in-house laminating facility gives customers the versatility to order specials if required. With this facility architects and specifies also have a vast choice with combinations of clear or Tinted Glass with coloured or decorative interlayers, solid colours and opal affects can also be achieved. Special edge profiles are also possible.

LAMINATED GLASS TOUGHENED AND/OR HEAT STRENGTHENED (BS EN 14449)

Toughened and/or Heat Strengthened laminated glass can also be constructed to customers specification. Again our in house laminating facility gives customers total flexibility to select a vast array of glass or interlayers to achieve their customer expectations. The finished lamination can incorporate glass of varying thickness 4mm -19mm toughened or heat strengthened glass 4mm-10mm clear or tinted. The glass can also have a normal or Satin finish with the possibility to Silk screen or digital print to customer requirements.

Applied ceramic inks can achieve almost any RAL or Pantone colour. Our recently installed printer also opens the opportunities to have border or 100% coverage. Decorative designs can be silkscreened or Digital printed design created by design or fixed images.

If that's not enough then customer have an endless choice with coloured interlayers (Vanceva) where virtually any RAL or Pantone colour can be obtained, available solid or translucent, acid affect interlayers are also available.

Fabric and Wire Meshes can also be considered .

Edge finish CNC profiling, polishing, drilling, and notching can also be incorporated.
