The Twinfix Multi-Click vertical glazing system consists of 40mm thick, 500mm wide X-structure polycarbonate glazing panels that click together and are fitted within a thermally broken aluminium frame.
Multi-Click requires no intermediate glazing bars, so provides an uninterrupted facade that results in higher light transmission and less shadows within a building. It is very quick and easy to install by clicking together the tongue and groove connections on the sides of the 500mm wide panels. Being manufactured from polycarbonate it has a high impact strength and its multiwall structure gives it an excellent thermal insulation value of 0.99 W/m²K - helping to cut down on a building's carbon footprint. The outer surface is UV protected for long life and it can span unsupported up to 2.0m - depending upon the wind pressure.
The X-structure of these panels diffuses the light into buildings, making this the ideal product for use as sports hall glazing, for high level warehouse glazing or for providing a glazed facade to a plant room - or indeed for any application where light transmission, and privacy, is required.
Multi-Click glazing comes as standard in a clear finish as shown, with a range of tinted glazing also available, subject to a minimum quantity order. The aluminium framing can be powder coated to a range of popular RAL colours.
Please note that these product properties are not a replacement for the manufacturer's literature and it is always recommended that Twinfix Limited is consulted before specifying.
