Shower grids & trays

A teak grid is 25mm thick and we supply them with adjustable feet to ensure they remain level, or small rubber nubbins to protect the shower base, the rubbers on the feet add a further 5mm to the depth. Many of the grids and trays we make are bespoke in size and so we like to know where the waste of the shower is to be situated, then we can ensure the feet are placed so that they do not interfere with the waste.
With a shower grid the interior of the tray needs to be square and not have rounded edges, if rounded edges are required we would recommend having teak duck board instead which we are happy to supply, along with a tray if required in teak.
The lacquer we finish our products with has incredible adhesion and can be used in a variety of situations, you can be sure that there will be no lifting of the lacquer in any wet room environment in the future. We have used the same lacquer for many, many years on our teak tiles which are used in Steam Rooms and saunas proving the lacquers stability in hot, wet environments.
A shower grid can be purchased separately from a shower tray and can be made bespoke to fit your project. If the grids are very large we recommend that that they are made in smaller sizes to fit the tray, making them easier to lift for cleaning and access.
